Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

PS Bhakti & Music sells a service, not a product. We do not ship, courier or post anything to you. What you book is a live programme that our team performs at the address you give us.

How the service is delivered

• You book a programme and a date with us on WhatsApp or on the phone, and pay the advance.
• We confirm your booking on WhatsApp, normally within a few hours and always within 24 hours.
• On the day, our singers, musicians and sound team come to your address with all the equipment.
• The team reaches about 60 to 90 minutes before the start time to set up the sound and the darbar.
• The programme runs for the time listed for that package, and we stay till the aarti and prasad are finished.

Where we come

We serve Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Sonipat, Bahadurgarh and the rest of Delhi NCR. For a few outside cities we come when our team is free — please ask us first. There is no delivery outside India.

Travel charges

For some programmes the price does not include travel. Where that applies it is written next to the price on our pricing page, and we tell you the exact travel amount before you book. Nothing is added afterwards.

If something goes wrong on the day

If our team is delayed by traffic or weather we call you straight away and tell you the new time. If we cannot perform at all, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies and your money is returned in full.

Digital receipts

Your payment receipt is sent to you on WhatsApp as soon as the payment is received. There is no physical document posted to you.
