Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book any program with Bhakti PRO. This website and the programs on it are operated by PS Bhakti & Music, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi – 110085, India.

Booking

• Your date is held only after we receive the advance amount.
• Festival dates are given on a first come, first served basis.
• The time and place are fixed at the time of booking — please tell us in advance if anything changes.

Payment

• When you book — one-third of the total.
• On the program day — one-third of the total.
• Within 30 days — the last one-third.
• Travel charges are not part of the price and are told to you separately.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

How you can pay

• You can pay by UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking or cash.
• Online payments are handled by our payment gateway partner. Your card or bank details are entered on their secure page — we never see them and we never store them.
• Your receipt is sent to you on WhatsApp as soon as the payment reaches us.
• We ask for money only through the number printed on this website. If anyone asks you to pay somewhere else, please call us first on +91 87005 81811.

The program

• Our team reaches early to set up the sound and the darbar — please arrange the space and the electricity point.
• You get exactly what is listed in the package; any extra arrangement is charged separately.
• We request that our artists are treated with respect.

Photos and videos

We may use a few photos or videos from the program to show our work. If you do not want this, please tell us before the program and we will take full care of it.

Situations beyond our control

In case of weather, curfew, a strike, an administrative restriction or a sudden illness in the team, the program may have to be moved. We will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to give you another date.
